The end of 2018, a New Year has begun!

So the time has come, so quickly to the end of 2018 and what a year it has been!

At the start of 2018 I had started with my Dive Master Course with Scuba Diving Scotland, after a few times at the pool as part of the course and then work getting busy I had to then step back from the amount of time I was spending (well once a week) as it started to take its toll with the travel and also not being able to finish work until 5pm so it wasn’t possible for me to get to the pool for the start of the class session and this is something I very much regret not continuing well enough this year.

Back in May I took my second holiday to Hurghada which was another lovely holiday at the time I was there with plenty of scuba diving and relaxing.

Back at the end of July I had applied for a new internal job, something of which I didn’t expect would happen but I went through e stage of 2 interviews but if you follow my blog you will have seen how this then developed.

Back in August I also took a trip back to Insomnia to enjoy the fun of i63 spending time with my friends and just having a great laugh for the 2 nights.

Now at the end of August, things took a major change for my personal life of which was in a major way, where my job interview I had in August I was told that I was successful in my application of which meant that I had a major lifestyle change with a move to a new city and not just that but also living on my own for my very first time in my life.

At the end of September, I left my hometown with a sad last day in the office I had worked in for just over 11 years at the time leaving everyone I had worked with and the hardest part was leaving the family.

Following this, with my move from Scotland down to England, it has been a good few months with being able to live on my own something of which I feel I have managed to cope with very well and along with that taking on my new job role which I have very much been enjoying so far and in many ways its also very nice no longer working in a call centre!

It will now be interesting to see what 2019 will bring me, so with this I would like to bring this video to an end and wish you all the very best for 2019.
